Michaela is the founder of Reflections Coaching, LLC, Co-Founder of The | OPEN | Institute, & Co-Founder of Carnival DNGN.


Michaela is a seasoned healer specializing in the ceremonial use of plant medicines, Herbalism, Art Therapy, Holistic Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Non-Duality, and Addiction Treatment.

With over 9 years of experience as a facilitator, as well as in both individual and group therapy, she uniquely blends ancient indigenous practices with modern psychological approaches.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Art Therapy & Holistic/Transpersonal Psychology, Michaela apprenticed under an Iboga Shaman for 2 years on the island of Gozo, Malta working with a variety of different plant medicines and practices while managing the primary holistic retreat center there.


In her training is when she was exposed back to the world of ceremony and ritual, our most fundamental essence. She integrates these indigenous and ancient teachings with modern-day approaches to retrain our brains and rewire our bodies & nervous systems back to our more empowered, grounded, sovereign, & fully-expressed selves.

Michaela offers a range of transformative 1:1 sessions, group sessions, retreats, online courses, workshops, and events focused primarily around the topics of non-duality, tantra, sexuality, emotional expression, polarity, relationships, psychedelics, ceremony/ritual, and mental health disorders (such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction).

Michaela is based in Boulder, Colorado.
